I've tried reproducing this issue using SAM 6.0 RC3 and NPM 10.6 RC3 without success. While I don't discount this issue is occurring in your environment, this is not a expected behavior nor a known issue. I recommend you open a support case so we can collect diagnostics from your machine that will help us to better understand what's going on.
