Hey Superfly, that worked perfect! Thank you so much for your help in getting this to work. At first I didn't have the PollerName as part of the Trigger Condition and several devices started sending messages when I set it to 0. Here's a screenshot below of the final alert. It's only the two condition checks but a picture is worth a thousand words or so they say.
