Install NPM database on a Cluster database server

Hi All ,

I am trying to install NPM 10.6.1 on a new Windows server 2012 R2 with separate database , the configuration wizard freeze at this message “Loading web configuration into the SQL database”,

I checked the Conf.Wizard log file and this is what I got :

the DBA guises that using a cluster database server is the problem since accessing the Instance name directly in this format (server/instance) is not supported in clustered database .

so anybody have a good idea regarding this issue ?!
