Hi All
We have a transaction for a particular site we monitor and there have been changes made to the way the site brings back data, in that during the transaction we have recorded the site now connects to an external site that it gets extra data from. This is then causing alerts to be raised, but not all of the time. As we are not bothered about the time it takes to get this part of the data back we want to exclude the external site from the transaction. Is there any way of doing this?
We use another tool for doing web transaction monitoring called Gomez that does allow the exclusion of external sites
Any help would be appreciated
