I'll join in to say I HATE software and servers. I became a network engineer to avoid this type of stuff. But, Orion has sucked me in and because of things like Thwack, great product managers and many tech support people that truely want the best for thier customers, I love at least one software system...
I've used CA Unicenter, Openview, Tivoli, Nagios and Whats Up and couldn't wait to hand it over to someone else, but Orion is different, it's fun and exciting and makes me look good at my company.
