The information provided in these 14 Update Services Computer datasources are part of the asset inventory capabilities built into WSUS to support System Center Essentials. They're enabled for use in Patch Manager by enabling the Extended Inventory Information option in the WSUS Configuration dialog, and will be populated after the next WSUS Inventory.
NOTE: The asset information is collected from the Windows Update Agent during the detection event, so it may take up to 22 hours for the WSUS server to fully collect all of this asset inventory information. You should expect missing data in the report until that process has completed.
