Hmm. I am not sure if the topology calculations cover SAN ports or not. A couple of choices
- You can assign ports to manually drawn links in Network Atlas and use macros like ${InBps} to show the utilization of the link. However, this wouldn't color code the links like how it is shown in the screenshot but you will see a red when the link is down
- You can create a Top xx resource that shows just the MDS interfaces

When you add a Top xx resource into a dashboard, you can Edit the resource and see Filtering examples to make the resource display only the interfaces of interest to you
