Fields missing when you add a node to NPM

Hi, is it true that some fields are missing when you add a device to NPM. I used to type in a comment (somewhere, I cant remember now) and then in summary, group the devices by that. Now I cant see in 10.5 anywhere that I can add this field? Now all my new devices go to unknown .
