Currently, this file is on a file server, but I would love to have the time to integrate all that information in Sharepoint forms. That being said, before investing time to integrate all this, I'll wait until some people reply to see if they have a better way to do it 
Am I the only one that feel that too much information is like not enough? Some crew members tend to ignore certain details if there are too much non-pertinent information available.
