Recurring calendar is still not working. If you change the "occurrence" to span a week, and then try to make that week recur every other week, it shortens it to one day. At that point, nobody show as on call beyond the day it's stuck on. If you delete the "recurrence", then it shows back as normal across the whole week. I'd say it's still broken?
