My Google-Fu skills are severely lacking today, or maybe I haven't had enough coffee yet. 
I'm trying to configure an alert so we only receive an alert when the CPU Utilization hits/stays at 99% for X amount of time. Is this possible to do in Server and Application Monitor? Am I just not looking hard enough?
