I am having the exact same issue and I have reinstalled the VM 3 times just to make sure I didn't miss anything. I have the calendar and groups integrated via AD, etc, all working. Just can't talk to NPM with admin account or my account on either the public IP or the internal IP. I really want to get this working ASAP. Any thoughts by anyone else or some help would be greatly appreciated.
