It typically is, but depending how the page is built the text you're looking for may not actually exist at that URL. For example if the page content you're looking for is within an iframe, or if it's text that's generated as the result of javascript then it's likely that SAM isn't able to find the text you're looking for. Start by opening your web browser with Java Script disabled and go to the URL configured with in the component monitor. Once there, right click on the page and view the page source. Select some short/brief text (one or two words) from the top of the page source and paste it into SAM's http component monitor text validation field. Does this work?
