Using the alert "Test" within the Advanced Alert Managed does not properly map the data for all macros. It's an odd limitation I'll admit, but for the purposes of verifying that an email was sent and properly received it gets the job done. If you "REALLY" want to verify that alert text then I suggest changing the trigger condition to something that's known to be "true" and have it send the email only to your email account. For example: Busy workers is greater than "1". This will trigger the alert and you should not only receive the email, but be able to validate that all the macros populated with the correct information.
